How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
