Hi,

I have opted new regime and no HRA is claimed and now I want to change it to old regime and file returns .

What kind of documents i need to submit for HRA while filing returns . Is rent receipts enough ? Or do we need rent agreement also ?

What format of rent receipt is better for 1 year ?

You can’t change it mid-year.
I am assuming you have done it after a FY has ended. Rent receipts and Home loan, if any.
Rent agreement is optional but keep it for your reference. If someone asks for it, then only provide the rent agreement.

Okay so! I’m a guy and I have curly hair - I interchange between two products or sometimes I do a combo of them. However sometimes my hair dries so nice and my curls look hydrated and shiny and then other times it dries and it looks like legit moss, does anyone know why that is? I try to retrace my steps on the days it looks good but it really does seem to be at random...could it be how I’m drying my hair? Lmk

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?
