Hi, I am a Singaporean who recently came back to Singapore after working in finance overseas for a few years, looking for new opportunities mainly in front office roles on the buy or sell side. Did some interviews but felt like some interviewers seem to be turned off by overseas experience which can be quite different, so I'm keen to hear from anyone who has gone through this before, or made a successful transition.
