I don't think the actual number matters as much as practicing across the board, consistently. Try to practice as many as you can, but I wouldn't worry about being late, just get started asap. Preparation is 90% practice.
The most important thing is to understand the different types of cases and the purpose of them. Once you know that they really can be a fun way to interview. It’s all about how you think/approach a problem.
