Hi I completed 2nd round of interview GE Vernova Its been 3-4 days and i haven’t got any call back. Should I wait or expect for callback? I tried to contact HR but he is not responding. So just wanted to know should i wait their process is slow or should i accept that i might have been rejected

What are some PE firms (likely mid-market) that specialise in doing Entertainment deals, especially in gaming hardware, software, solutions that underpin the value chains ?

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

Have a few questions regarding IBM Joining, HR response is strangely lacking and so does in the slack(prejoin channels). Hoping can be cleared here..
a) I've been told virtual onboarding is no longer a thing.
How many days does in-person onboarding activities occur?
b) HR Informed,"After onboarding is complete, can get perm WFH based on project or extension of WFH as IBM is flexible"
Is this true? Can managers extend/grant remote for a month then let us transit to remote model?
