Infosys has verbally agreed to give me something between 22-24Lpa(including 15% varibale component)
Llyods has just confirmed that I’ve been selected however they haven’t discussed for salary
Did I under negotiate? how much can I ask for Llyods without messing my chance to work with them as I prefer Llyods over Infosys any given day. Please help me in this situation

This is not about dating, but about family relationships. I live far from my family and provably only see them once a year. They have been visiting for the past month and to go from not seeing them to seeing them so often has been an adjustment. I love them, but get so impatient with them and then I feel so guilty. Anyone else have this complicated dynamic with family?

Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

When a new type of project comes in and you get assigned as the PM to “figure out” the project plan, how do you go about resource allocation? Sometimes I struggle to know what the team configuration should even be, because we’ve never done said project type before. It’s hard to know what type of people should be assigned, and at what % time, when there isn’t a preexisting process or work breakdown structure for the deliverables I’m being handed to “manage.” How do/would you handle?
