Dryness. Especially after long flights. But generally, dryness which made it itchy and painful for whatever weird reason.
Dryness, eczema, allergies are the cause of mine.
Does it flare when you’re running/walking/starting a new workout routine? Allergies and dry skin are definitely factors that have caused this for me, but my doctor told me a few years ago another cause can be expanded blood vessels. I asked when I was first starting spin. My doctor told me it was temporary and would subside once I got used to the workout. The itchiness would flare every so often but stopped after a few months. Hope this kinda helps?
