I got offer from IBM ISL for Senior Software Engineer 7B
My YOE is 6.5, CCTC - 30 fixed, 2L variable, 3L stocks
IBM ISL offered 36 fixed incl PF, 10% variable, 4L Signon bonus
May I know if it's too much high salary for this band? Want to know if it's good to join at this time I see layoff PIP posts as well.
And parallely I have accenture offer level 9 application lead with 32LPA fixed incl PF, 27% variable, 3L JB
Confused to take a decision and looking forward to know better option IBM
Is ibm giving share for 7b band? I heard they give stocks greater than band 8 from my manager
If you have good team then ISL will be good.
36 is average for 7B you are good to join
If 30 all fixed is ur cctc, then u should have touched 38 to 40 now. In isl its average only.

Go for IBM.. ISL is their prime BU. I am in Consulting earning a lot less than what you are offered at 11 Yoe. If you join Accenture, your total package would be around 26, considering 10% variable pay which they actually give.
Accenture offer 32L fixed including PF, 27% variable pay on top of fixed
in isl 36 is not higher side for 7b. you can join
i have recived an offer for IBM ISL. on offer letter is your offer from IBM india pvt ltd. . My band is same and Hr told that stock are there for band 8 and above. check if you have got this offer verbal or on paper. coz they said things but on paper things were different
