Hi, I got TCS digital Joining letter and my doj is 12 Feb kolkata but I'm unable to join in that date because my LWD in current organisation is in March 2nd. What should I do anyone can suggest?
My current company saying buy out is not an option?
So, I have emailed TCS to reschedule my joining now I am thinking whether they will revoke my offer letter.
If they are considering for rescheduling after how many months they give JL as a fresher.

Need Suggestion.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

Hi Fishes, How is DNB ASA (Norway based banking project) support project at TCS? I meant to ask how is the work pressure in this project and if there is any night shift in this project? If yes, how often the production support engineer do night shift here in this project?

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.
