Hi, I had a couple of doubts regarding the salary structure and notice period at Coforge.

The amount mentioned under the Flexi Basket — is it fully paid as part of the fixed/in-hand salary, or is some portion reimbursement-based and only paid upon submitting claims/bills?
Regarding the notice period, nothing specific is mentioned in the offer letter. What is the official notice period at Coforge, and is a buyout option allowed?

I have an offer from Coforge and joining date is in exactly a month.
My current role is Senior Automation Engineer. Position offered is Test Analyst (Lead).
CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?

I am tagged to resources pool in Coforge from last 2 months i.e. I am in bench.
