My LWD in CG was in 25th Oct. Before leaving the company i had received all clearances except BU Hr. Before leaving i had several follow up with hr and she said that she will giveclearance on my lwd. But till now they have not givem me clearance. Due to which I still didn't get release letter. I already dropped mail to offboarding team on Monday 31st oct they asked the concerned hr to provide the clearance but there is no reply from her. Anyone has any idea how can I get the clearance?

So I am really neither a republican nor a follower of estranged theories and also living in Europe. But somehow I am starting to wonder: This is definitely a crisis which hits the old, less educated..

I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. - my new office is in the west adams neighborhood, so ideally we'd want to be within a half hour drive from there.
- we're looking to rent a house or bungalow if we can, our budget maxes out at about $3500/mo. is that feasible?

Hi! I’m moving to LA from Chicago, base 90k - no debt. I live in a 1BD rn and have been browsing the market in LA to get an idea of rent. I’m mainly looking west of DTLA (ktown, la brea, pico rob, etc)it’s seeming like a 1BD may be out of reach. I’m not looking to pay more than $1800/mo. Any suggestions on neighborhoods I should consider? I’d like to be near grocery, restaurants, and would need parking. I enjoy being outdoors and would look to go on hikes/runs in my free time if that helps. TIA!
