I have got 2 offers, I need some help in deciding between them.

Offer 1: Amazon BIE 3 (L 6)
Offer 2: Google Data Scientist (L 4)

Ctc for both are approx, and in Hyderabad.

I have about 8 years of workex in both Data Science and Business Analytics.

Which offer is better for the long run? Factors like growth, wlb, work culture and job satisfaction.

Also is the L6 at Amazon much higher in hierarchy as compared to L4 at Google ? Plus BIE vs DS which role would be better?

I completed my interview loop at Google on August 12, 2022. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. I was informed on September 8th that the hiring committee is scheduled the next day (September 9th) and that I can expect a final feedback latest by September 12th. I wasn’t informed of the results and reached out, but the recruiter isn’t replying to my emails. Does this mean I was rejected?
