Sent 2 policy limits demands. Adjuster offered $60k both times because they don’t see a “causal relationship” without offering us any articulated supporting facts.

The insured is a Radiologist, he appears to own a home valued over $2M.

Is this policy open? Best approach? Thoughts?

Hello guys, currently m working as automation tester in Accenture and having 8 year of experience in testing but I can't do coding atall. M just dragging my job for money. Please suggest any role suitable for me in IT where I can move within Accenture or switch outside where I can survive without coding. I really hate coding and this is making my life hell day by day.

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I feel like it gave the impression that I don’t know what I’m doing. Any suggestion how I can recover from this?

If a company I got rejected from is posting an opening for the same role should I re-apply? Any chance of a better outcome?

My recruiter mentioned last week that I'm going to HC, then called me this week to say that I skipped HC as I did well so "we're moving to next steps". They then mentioned the TC range for my role/location and asked a few questions about my visa status, but there was no official "offer" with a concrete breakdown of numbers. Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.

Also doing MBA part time at a T15 school. Thinking about switching to IB but I’ve done my research and I think I would burn out of IB in two years but I might be ok with that for the opportunities after.

My base location is chennai and I got a project from Hyderabad location and that too I have to work from client office so I will have to travel to hyderabad and work at client office. Will I be eligible for deputation allowance and accomodation??
