What is leave policy at capgemini, when does the balance leaves lapse , is it Dec or March end ?

Also does it vary if employee follow client leave policy ?

*Venting* - I’m being trained on a specific software module and I have 0 clue wtf is going on 95% of the time yet I’m being staffed on projects to work with this module and support existing clients using this module to answer questions and resolve issues. I’m legitimately scared of messing up a project or a client relationship and jeopardizing my career 🙃

I’ve faked it until I’ve made it before but this is next level for me and is turning a job I love into something I dread
