What is your worst resignation experience? I just put in my notice and I got rants telling me that I’m making a big mistake

I am in staffing making really good money for a first job in my first year. I have been speaking with a tech real estate SaaS company and it will be a SDR role. Any advice or experience in this that would give me more confirmation to to walk into another industry even if it’s a step back fincancially

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. Any thoughts?

Was divorced Jan of this year. I got a stimulus check for me, ex, 3 kids (3900). She is not fair with money. I want to give her her half (1950), but worried when we file 2020 taxes next spring they will assume I kept the whole check and I will have to pay the IRS back 2700 (she gets to claim the kids) and she will get a check for 2700, screwing me bc she’ll have already got her half. I want to wait for guidance from irs but she’s threatening legal action. Is this likely to happen? Do I pay her?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
