Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Is it normal to feel like you have just as many responsibilities as your superiors who make 30k+ more than you?

Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. Is it a good idea to invest in your UK pension fund over the max your employer will contribute/match? This may potentially lower income tax but then one can't really access the pension pot till retirement.
