I have received an offer from Verizon as a Sr Engineer AI ML for Hyderabad location
I have 8+ year of experience. Verizon offered me 37L CTC + 5L Stock options.
Is it good offer or is there any space to negotiate further with other offers. I still have 55 days for my LWD.

Trying to get ahead of my caseload feels like trying to climb a hill made of loosely-packed pebbles. No matter how much I scrabble, I’m sliding closer and closer to the bottom.

How do you get caught up (or even ahead) when you’re always behind? Assume that all things that can be offloaded have been offloaded. I cannot take one more all nighter trying to get a motion drafted two days before the deadline because I couldn’t get to it earlier.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
