Hi,

I interviewed for 2 roles at Mercer. The first round was to record video answering 3 questions which i submitted a month ago, and I have not received any response from the company regarding next process or a rejection. According to me, I did the interview well. Should I keep my hopes up or just give up and move on?

In my experience and that of most people who have recently graduated most of the time you just get ghosted by companies. If your interviews were in person or a video call I might hold on some hope but if it was an automated one I'd move on and keep applying elsewhere

Thank you for your insights. I will try and network more. Problem is that I tried to do that as well, I prepared a financial report for the company and emailed it to senior analysts and sadly no one replied.
