My career portal still shows “Decision Pending.” HR had mentioned I would receive a call in 2 days, but I haven’t heard back yet. Could anyone share how long it usually takes for the offer to be released after BGV completion?

So I've heard alot about rescinded offers. Does this happen after everything is signed?

I have 2 offers Sr Manager and 180k (base + bonus) vs Manager 220k (base + bonus). I wanted Sr Manager title but the company offering Manager. What should I do? How will it affect my future titles?
