Hi, I joined Deloitte as an Assistant Manager devops on 28th of July and my induction was completed on the same day.
It has been 3 days but my manager has not connected with me for anything.
I was provided a document by the product owner and the manager was asked twice to connect with me and start the discussion. Any idea how much time it usually takes before handover is started??

Context: Graduated in 2019 (Finance), 2 years at EY as a business consultant on mix of pmo projects and tech projects where I was developer (data vis, power platform, sql, vba, data analysis etc.). Joined Google on a 6 month contract as a data analyst.

Should I be applying for product analyst roles? Should I apply for strategy consulting? Could I go straight for prod mgmt roles?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?
