Hi, I was put on the bench due to project ramp-downs/business restructuring. After 60+ days, HR and my manager are verbally asking me to resign voluntarily, but they are refusing to put the notice period details in an email so I haven't resigned yet as I'm waiting for involuntary exit from the company's side and haven't received any communication yet. Has anyone else at faced this after the bench period? How did you handle it when they wouldn't provide termination documents?

Hey, looking for a career switch to an analysis position. This is my third shift; my first job was an analysis role so im not entirely new to the field. Particularly interested in Business Analysis.
