I’m a data scientist with 6 yoe.

I have an offer from Optum Hyderabad for a senior data scientist role.
Offer: fixed 35.5 LPA+ variable 7 lpa.
The joining date is next week for Optum.

I also interviewed with BMW Tech works Bangalore. The HR wants to match my fixed complement and is asking me to postpone my joining date.

Is BMW tech works good? I see mixed reviews. So, should I wait for BMW Tech works or start with Optum already?

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??
