Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Honestly Fidelity's pay and package is very much below average. In hand would be so less that you would almost cry every month
They pay annually once which has another downside to it, you might be always waiting to get it before you want to move out. They pay 85-90% of your variable to you. Sometimes give you extra bonus also.
But what matters is the in hand, and their in hand is very much below industry average. In your case I feel you would hardly get 70k in hand
Join Fidelity Investments, you'll get way better yearly hikes than Infosys and Altimetrik. Work culture will be amazing. In couple of years you'll be making more than what you'd have made in Infosys or Altimetrik, had you joined there. Also, regarding Variable pay, Fidelity has been giving more than 95% variable for last many years.
Altimetrik work culture is good. Hikes are 10-12% standard for your salary bracket.
