life is too short for this lmao
How many calories are you consuming from half & half? Maybe just reduce the amount you put in your coffee?
Artificial processed stuff/preservatives in creamers are more unhealthy than a little bit of extra calories or fat from half and half
I use whole milk and one pump of a flavored syrup. Like someone else said, life is too short to cut what I like in my coffee for the calories. Getting a walking pad is actually what helped my quality of life more. Being able to really move during the day has been awesome.
Unless you’re making breves left and right, a small amount of half and half is totally fine. If you’re doing more than 1/4 of a cup, then I’d want other milk/milk alternative (or even butter) and add a splash of half and half at the end.
*then I’d use
Chobani make a sugar free creamer now and it’s pretty low calorie for what it is

I love Forager’s cinnamon vanilla creamer
Try nut pods
Try Stok cold brew. I like the green bottle. I have it with whole milk or black, and it doesn’t need any sweetener because it’s not at all bitter.

You can warm and froth a milk or milk alternative (I use this little thing: https://www.amazon.com/Zulay-Titanium-Frother-Without-Stand/dp/B088SXVHP3 ), but have your half and half if it brings you joy.
I also like to focus on adding protein and fiber and getting plenty of water instead of restricting calories and it has helped me diet so much more effectively without trying to restrict the things that make me happy.
