Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. I have a really great production coordinator that’s working under me and because of money issues, he hasn’t been given a raise or promotion in nearly two years. He works his ass off and everyone loves working with him. Does any know of any junior producer roles at agencies? Would love to help him out.

How to promote the automation culture and documentation culture? I find it hard to give boni for automations since
a) the amount of automations isn't the amount of saved time
b) the amount of saved time is hard to be tracked for a single automation

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.
