thank u mam for sharing

I have 11 years exp. We own 3 bhk house . Still paying emi( last 3 years left) have close to 25L in SIP, 6L in NPS, 2L in saving, 2L in ppf, 13L in epfo and bought 8 tola gold items. I have made lot of money mistakes in past and lost money to share market

like

I have kept only 2L in savings as emergency fund as my husband is co owner of house and if in case I loose job he is my emergency fund fund 😅 . I have shared mine investment alone. So if I see mine and husbands together he keeps more in savings for emergency fund amount reached now almost equal to home loan and he doesn’t not park fund in NPS or ppf. He has SIP and shares long term as his investments

We are not closing home loan on purpose as anyways we have paid all interest part now it’s very less interest that gets deduct and mainly principal

We are ready for a pet. I love golden retrievers but also know they shed alot bc I had one when I was younger. Debating on a golden doodle but then they look more like poodles than a golden. Do I compromise or get what I really want? Also if I take to families homes didnt want them to shed all over.

How is WLB at a MM fund different from a MF? I’ve heard MF are worse on average, but what makes it worse? Is it just the hours, or is the work also significantly different?

Looking for a bit of insight on how commission or bonus is structured on flat rate residential real estate at Canadian law firms. I was offered a good base salary and I was asked what type of structure I was looking for. I am uncertain as to what is considered standard or what to look for in terms of bonus/commission structure. Any insight is appreciated!

We are looking to hire a FTE for systems integration. We are using Mulesoft as an IPAAS. I’m part of the hiring team. The pay is 6 figures it is fully remote, the benefits are insanely good and it can be your second job if you are very good. If you are great, it’s probably 15-20 hours of work per weeks. If you are good enough, I will even cover for you to coordinate with your primary job. DM me if you are interested as I’m tired of the crappy recruiting company we are contracted with.
