As part of the interview process, a company is asking me to concept a 360 integrated campaign with presentations to multiple teams. Is this normal?

Which would you rather have at your agency? 1) Project manager who is tough but sometimes hurts feelings 2) Project manager who everyone likes but is conflict-averse and lax
Is getting LinkedIn premium while job hunting a must? I want to reach out to recruiters directly but inmail is only for premium members. I’m getting discouraged. I know one month is free, but it’s just a lot of money after that (my salary is depressingly low)
So, I’m currently interviewing for new job, and market is not bad, but I’m anxious and I am interviewing for every opportunity that comes my way (director/vp level, tech). Today, September 30 I received an invite for an initial interview for another opportunity. So I applied to this opportunity through networking on August 10 (!). It looks like a red flag for me and I’m thinking thankyounext, but again it’s covid time... Thoughts?
Recently got a raise (putting me at 68k). Turned down an offer for 75k to stick it out and company said they can’t match. Management sup was laid off. Account director just quit. Need more $$. ADVICE?
If aliens came back to earth to study our culture, they’d think that it was customary to have a tray full of untouched desserts and that it was only acceptable to eat them alone after a meeting ends.
Looking for feedback on Paylocity and UKG payroll HRIS. We have 250 employees and rapidly growing company.
So curious about “In House ECDs,” esp when there’s also an agency. Do you approve the agencys idea? Have your own competing idea someone else chooses? Go to sets and...what? Anyone have stories?
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
I’ve had to scrounge for work all year and now I finally have work but I’m working 15+ hour days. Im really happy I have work but I’m completely missing summer which I need for my mental health. Help.
Serious question: has W+K ever had layoffs in the last decade or so? I don’t think I’ve ever heard about it if so.
I’m looking for a screening tool that will assess a candidate’s proficiency with MS-Teams. Would anyone know if there is such a thing that exists?
Passed through Italy for literally three hours en route to Slovenia...now I’m quarantined to WFH for 14 days given IPG policy. Blessing in disguise, or will I go insane? We shall see!
Thoughts on Oberland?
Is my agency the only one that continues to invest untold billable hours tweaking and refining our Keynote template well after the point of diminishing returns was crossed?
How was LB's breakfast this year?
What can I do to get hired at my agency? Ive been an intern for almost 9 months already and it seems like all I do is resize banners. I know I could leave but it is my dream agency and CONT.
Now that networking events are virtual and limited opportunity for face to face meetings - how are new leads being generated besides website traffic. How do you "network" at virtual meetings and presentations?
Senior it auditor - where can I go/what can I do from here? Right now chasing salary while wanting a good work life balance and the it audit work isn’t stimulating me anymore

Any insight for those in the practice on when deal flow is expected to pick back up? Actively looking to switch from audit to deals and the narrative from all the firms I’ve been talking to is they aren’t hiring until the fall at the earliest (this was in May and June). Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know what the best place to obtain a car loan is? Credit union, banks, etc. First time buyer here and I want to have another option going into the dealership. Also, does applying for a loan generally get you a hard inquiry on your credit score?
Thoughts on when and how to give notice? When to tell your team / partners you’re currently working with? Going with the classic 2-week convo but curious to know how others have done this.

I find myself questioning basic politeness I’ve learned since a child. Wondering what everyone else thinks. I work with an associate. She’s great. When she does good work or something I’ve asked her to do, I, of course, say “thank you!” I don’t really expect a response. She always replies “you’re welcome!” Or some variation. And for some reason, that’s awkward. Is it just me? I know in normal manners, that is the right response. Why does it sit funny?
SPG free nights vs. SPG cash& points. What would you do? Aloft Clagary for 7000 points or 3500 points plus USD 55. Please advise.
$800 flight, $140 hotel, $108 in per diem - all for a 1 hour meeting we could've done virtually.
Any Facebook PMs willing to chat? I'm preparing for my onsite, have two xfn interviews and can't find much online about those. Thanks!
I find myself in a weird place. No STEM degree but have been working in data science for years. I’ve built data science teams/programs. However, I probably wouldn’t hire myself based education, and recently didn’t get an offer after final round with an Amazon research group. I suspect lack of a PhD despite seemingly doing well in interviews. So continue with data science and get a masters or pivot to something else?
My client (west coast) today was asking to set up a call to review stuff on Friday and he initially wanted to have the call at 9:30 PT, but then he said “wait that won’t work for you because it’s.....
Can you or should you negotiate after accepting a job offer? Just got words about my raise at PwC but accepted an offer at another Big4 2 weeks ago
Is it Friday yet?🥳
Has anyone switched from B4 to a smaller firm like BDO? Is there any real difference or is everything essentially the same and just not working with as large of clients and complex engagements?
