We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge.
