Hello! I’m wondering if anybody has any advice in getting into HR? I graduated in 2020 with a degree in psychology and had a temporary internship in HR which didn’t teach me much. Is being a radiation therapist a good career? I have a nutrition and exercise science bachelors degree and was thinking to do an associate’s in radiation therapy. Would I be able to do a bachelor’s in radiation therapy if I transfer over some of my credits? is this a career with good status?

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.
