My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
