Hi people, I'm a 3 year 6 month experienced OIC developer working at Cognizant. My current package is 6.75 lpa fixed, recently I received an offer from Deloitte with 12.8lpa fixed as OIC developer. Also another offer from RIA Advisory with 14lpa fixed as OHI developer. Which one to choose and why. Pls consider career , job safety, compensation and which is best for my crucial company switch. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

Hi folks,

I have 8.9 years of tech writing experience. How much CTC should I be expecting when I join a new company. My current CTC is 20L pa (18.75 (fixed) + 1.75 (variable)).

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
