Had call with HR and she mentioned only 45% hike is possible that would be around 6.5 LPA. I am expecting around 8LPA. How do you deal with a manager who expects 3 months of work overnight? I have tried structuring , creating a plan to show him how the activities are being executed. How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?
