Making industry connections as an introvert can be difficult, but it's not impossible. Join online communities and forums related to your industry. This is a great way to meet other professionals and learn from them.

Attend industry events and conferences. This is a great opportunity to meet people in person and network with them. Do you live in a city where this happens? Def take advantage of it, it will help you a lot. Bring a friend so you can be more comfortable.

Get involved with your local Chamber of Commerce or professional association. This is a great way to meet people in your area who work in your industry. Start small and go from there!

Make sure to actively reach out to people you want to connect with and let them know what you can offer them. Start using linkedin or any other posting boards that may help!

Completed Amazon interviews a few days back.
Recruiter screening, then Hiring Mgr round, then written assessment, then loop, then Bar Raiser - oh god!!!.

What's the dropout/rejection rate after this grand storytelling saga?

Also, does a bar raiser happen to everybody? Or to just the ones who pass the loop?

… any suggestions on courses (self-directed or more formal) to learn SEO?

Thanks for any guidance offered.

I just bought an Alexa for my grandma's birthday. Her old radio broke and she's been kind of sad because she can't listen to her favorite music anymore while cooking, so I thought this would be a good pick. She'll have her favorite music right there.

Later today my grandpa tells me she's not been asking Alexa for her favorite music, but for her radio stations instead 😭😂
