Recieved offer from EPAM for Software Test automation role offering 15lakh and HR says he will be adding joining bonus as well for 3.6 years experience role for .net profile.
HR and Manager mentioned that they will be giving me some training post that they will be assigning me project.
Heard about their client interview and job security.
Kindly help if it's safe to go or not as my current organization is trying to match their offer to retain me.

Here’s a hypothetical:

A company has 2 candidates, aged 25-30, equal in every respect save one’s a man the other’s a woman. Maybe the woman is a slightly better candidate overall. They’d have equal comp.

Company considers the woman a riskier bet due to possibility she’ll take maternity leave — and considers the man less risky for his ineligibility to take as much leave. 🤷
