So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I don't want her to think I won't be able to keep clients straight when I start doing supervised sessions.

Looking for some help on how to charge a creative fee at a top tier post house. Taking a client to work at a post house because the job is intense and needs lots of hand holding. So how much do I charge for 1 :30. I’m charging my day rate plus a creative fee. Any help would be much appreciated!

But now that my 3 months (probation) tenure is about to be over in 2-3 days I am planning to quit after probation. Someone guide me, should I wait for probationer confirmation or resign anyway? Need for travel has been one reason why some of our jobs could not be outsourced to remote delivery & low cost off-shoring. If travel is fully or >50% eliminated, it can be a real threat to management consulting as we know it. So there needs to be an “optimal ratio” of travel to client locations, home office, and WFH, to protect our consulting models. Since we need some face time with clients, and some interaction with colleagues, the optimal balance should be possible. Share your thoughts.

Need your thoughts- have recently received an offer from Quantiphi as a Client Solutions Partner. I have approx 9 YOE
CTC offered: 25+1.5 LPA with 1.5 JB after 4 months
I recently joined my current company but there has been a difference in what promised and finally given.... as in a clause of X months was not brought to my knowledge so would like to pay that off with my next offer in order to switch.

End of the project delivery was last weekend and client wants me to stay just in case even though I’m told I have nothing to do. Roll off was rejected, any advice to get off?

Partners asked me to look into case management software/cloud options and document review platforms (complained about current system too many times). We are a small firm (11 attorneys) -primarily coverage work. Sometimes we are tied to institutional client vendors for ediscovery, and we primarily use Relativity/Epiq. Any reviews on case management software (Clio, iManage, TrialWorks, Lexis suites, etc.) - why you love/hate it and any insight into Disco, Logikcull, or other options?

I teach some drum lessons on the side and was wondering what a good range for a 30 min lesson would be? If you’re trying to get pregnant, do you start avoiding certain foods/altering your diet/drink even BEFORE you do get pregos? Is BMI the right way of assessing if someone is overweight. I am 5.10 weighing 83 kg.however i am quiet slim looking for that weight. I did lose 3-4 kgs few months back and started looking too thin when people started asking " are you ok?" :)

Over the course of 6 weeks, I had several panel interviews and the next step was a final in-person interview. Each round I had great feedback and my correspondence with the company recruiter was consistent and friendly. Until now. After a week of radio silence since my last interview, I sent a gentle polite follow up that has gone unanswered for almost a week. I saw that the original JD was reposted on LinkedIn a few days before my last interview (ugh). Am I being ghosted? So confusing.

He's always asking me to work late, but when I do, he doesn't give me any credit for it.
