I was giving interview in Barclays and was in the 4th round of interview.
But i wanted to withdraw the application since i have decided, not to join Barclays.

Is there any consequences like blacklist or anything else, they can do?
It's just another company gave me an offer which is much suitable and very honest, the impression which interviewers gave like smirked laughing over my responses and rudely speaking. It looks toxic to me.

I already got a job offer in Singapore and had submitted all the docs required to HR. My question would be how long is the EP's processing time? And what are the chances to have my EP application rejected? I have 4 years of experience at my current firm, is that too little?

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
