I just wanted to know about salary account, do they need account in any specific bank or any banks old account would work?

After two rounds of interviews, agency recruiter asks when I can start. Then asks what salary I’m looking for. Then silence 👻 I followed up last Friday. When should I follow up again?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How long does your firm wait to tell you your compensation after a promotion?

Promotions went out Jan 3 and compensation will be revealed late Feb. Is this typical?

Can a person just say that he cannot disclose his current salary while negotiating an offer and just mention his expected salary (which may be 2x current one) , because if the current salary is low ,the expected salary can't be too higher than current one ? Never seen such a case so just asking

I was given a salary range of 95k-100k for a mulit billion dollar company. Senior financial analyst. Is it unreasonable to ask for 110k or 105k if an offer gets extended? Since its late in the year, they said i wont get a bonus or merit increase this next year, could i use this as reasoning behind more money?

If the stock market were to tank, incl. all these ridiculous tech valuations, how do you guys think compensation packages will move in competitive fields such as IBD, consulting, big tech?

Based on current environments, I’ve two hypotheses:
1. Comp packages in competitive fields will continue strongly due to: a. less supply of top talent (great resignation), b. less willingness to work demanding jobs (push for wlb), and c. Rising living costs - inflation
2. Comp packages will get readjusted…
