Hi Team,

In Sanofi offer letter -
These are the four components.
Basic-
Pf-
Gratuity -
Flexible components plan-

They have mentioned PF and gratuity as well.
Is it ONLY employee contribution or both? Or they will again deduct employer of contribution from basic?

Or employer PF contribution will be above on it ?It won't be in offered CTC ?
Am I correct ?

Someone from inside the Sanofi please confirm.

Whatever PF amount is mentioned is employer contribution but it will be deducted from your salary. Again same amount will be deducted which is employee contribution. Therefore, the deduction will be twice from employee salary. Hope it helps.

Thanks buddy

I asked HR regarding this

The PF part in CTC is employers part and same amount is deducted from Employee salary

Inshort both the contributions are taken out from ur fixed CTC itself

I call it scary since it's not mentioned that again the amount will be cut from my ctc. I know that's ultimately my money only but they didn't mention about it.

Also whatever that company I was there it will deduct only once but here base is having two times deduction of pf - employee and employer both, smart move by Sanofi to cut some amount.
