Edit - I got the answer, they give you $30 per pay check as a "credit" that you can put to some other benefit.
Isn't health insurance like $50 a month pretax? I would just pay it to have double coverage, and there may be other perks like HSA etc.
Having double coverage has no benefit if you already have great coverage through your wife’s employer. Sounds like a good way to waste $50 a month though!
Is this something at consulting firms as well? Big4?
