What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call. Also, clients hold on to important info and don’t initiate a call cause they’re waiting for me to communicate with them.

A bit of my fitness yourney during quarantine. For me, my goal has been to transition into a vegetarian protein-heavy diet and focus on my meals as primary motivation. I eat a lot of Greek yogurt and veggie soups. I try to work out 4 times a week but very light cardio work. Overall, it's been efficient and have lost about 40lbs. Happy to share more details if interested and feel free to invite others to this bowl 🙂
