I have keen interest to work as a software test engineer. I have done software testing internship. What would you suggest, I have to do should I leave my current job and search for job.

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. Hi folks, i have recently joined tcs and now i had received a RnD kind of story and i have prepared the demo and also given the code to client as it was split between me and one client side developer. There are bugs in project but none of them are assigned to me. I had attended all the bug review meetings. Will it be a wise move to ask manager to assign me some bugs? Or should i just wait

I am a Senior SF Admin with 9 years of SF experience. Mostly I look after a team consisting of Admins and do all usual Admin stuff plus BA/Consultant work. I recently got a very good offer from a Product company but the job role is Salesforce Support Manager. Though I don't mind being in support vertical but I am worried that I might drift away from SFDC Domain and get involved more in the Support process and eventually take my career away from Salesforce.
What do you guys think?

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?
