Why big 4 pay big less??

Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both

My director gave me a 45 day termination warning. I had a random 1:1 with my director last Friday.
