Essential part in UX design is research. I understand that designers do market research and competitor analysis etc..But, I want to clarify that how other designers manage user research. Cause I observed that most of the projects, business never allow to do user search as it bears some time & cost especially in service-based org. How you guys manage these.? Is it fine to take what the business gives us as user problems?

One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

I need some legit feedback on what is it like to be a UXD at companies like Accenture?
They claim to do a lot of research oriented designs, as everyone. But is that really the case or it's like some other service based companies where the UX is almost vague, and happens mostly based on what the managers think to be good?

Does UX have any value or it's just drafting wireframes based on ideations by the managers and then UI designs?

Does your company conducts a proper UX research in a user centric way?

Did you join as a Product/UX UI designer and were told that they do UX design research, but later came to know that they just focus on UI part only?

Please mention the name of companies you know of, who invest in product design research.
