I received a offer and im not interested in joining as the package is not as expected.

Cctc is 12 ans they give only 15 from 14 after negotiating

What reason i can give to reject this offer. This is my first time and im not able to handle this. Help me pls.

They asked me whether i will join multiple time before releasing offer letter

People worrying today should read books on trading psychology! Not being patronizing- it will help you in the future, not just for investments but for doing better in life!

Before taking resignation they were saying will get letter in 2 days max, now Delay in offer letter even after more than month from the day I took my resignation back.

And how often do they get accepted and the general sentiment by the management when one asks for it?

Assuming that my team works from Pune (and i like the job scope) but would like to relocate to Bangalore office (hometown) once the team stabilizes and processes are in place.
