How are you guys handling client use of AI? I have received long, well-drafted emails from clients before that have made me wonder if AI was involved but a new client is sending me 15+ page AI documents analyzing issues. The hallucinations and oversimplifications are rampant. When I ask clarifying questions, I get new 15+ page AI documents explaining that the AI misstated something and backtracking the analysis. It is taking me so much time to refute a computer that responds to me in seconds.

What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. For example, speaking to the potential client explicitly about their role in staying on schedule, reviewing scope creep consequences, etc.
