I've got a job offer from Deloitte Latvia ( Deloitte Central Europe) for the Riga City. The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. How would you categorize those questions? Are there resources you could point them to first? I always try to make myself available and am happy to answer questions, but it can get overwhelming!

Yeah that’s a good way to look at it, it’s hard in that moment when everything’s coming at you and it’s hard to control.

I block time for focused work and clarify priorities weekly. When new requests come in, I ask what can move. It shifts the conversation from reacting to consciously managing workload.

Yeah that’s helpful, it can be challenging when everything needs to be done like yesterday! But needs must!
Perhaps you can suggest having daily meetings in the am to go over the priorities and to cover any new issues and or developments that have come up. At a previous employer, we would meet for 30 minutes daily to discuss what we had going for the day and if any priorities would need to be adjusted. It worked pretty well and kept us all in sync and in the know.
