One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

A food delivery company I’m advising for is asking they can use a worker monitoring surveillance technology for the warehouse staff including one of more of the following: navigation software, item scanners, wristbands, thermal cameras, security cameras, and other recording footage to monitor depot workers. I live in Fremont. I really love going for concert/sports event, which usually happens in SF. But every time I need to spend a lot of time trying to convince my hubby to go with me, because he hates the traffic between Fremont and SF especially on event day. And he wouldn't really agree to let me go alone, because he worries about my safety at night.
