How careful are you about what you post on social media? I've been afraid to post anything polarizing for years now. I don't want to risk my job or ability to find a new job because of something I shared online.

I left an investment bank to join a private equity firm about a month ago. I am now working on a deal that I previously worked on when I was on the sellside (I literally made the entire CIM). Any tips on how to handle this? Is it fine to tell my current firm everything I know about the company?

I have a young student with CVI and extremely limited mobility. She is able to vocalize but not speak. However, I’ve seen her response and mannerisms change (positively) in the presence of parents and siblings which leads me to believe that she is cognizant enough to possible use a communication device. I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
