How did you inform HR when you are pregnant? I’m 20 weeks and starting to show so I wanted to tell my partners but wanted first to be in writing to HR. Was thinking of just asking for the maternity policy information I would need and benefits forms and to let them know I don’t want it shared outside of HR.

Just did my baseline testing and got results. My appointment to discuss the results with my RE is in mid January. Any guides / ways I can start to interpret them on my own before then?

I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?
