Current Situation - due to bgv not completing as one of my company as per CTS is black listed so they changed my hiring from permanent to contractual role.

The best way to convince someone that you have a great idea is to back it up with data. What industry data/trends support your position? How will it impact the business? Can you quantify the size of prize?
Also try to frame your ask logically. Look up “persuasive selling format” - its a really great framework to put whatever idea you’re selling internally or externally into.
Good luck!! Just because you’re new and younger, doesn’t mean that you can’t bring new ideas and changes ☺️ One of the most important skills to develop at this point in your career is being able to create buy-in for your ideas!! You got this!!
I don't know if now is the best time to be telling people with more experience on the job that "They need to evolve strategies.." That's going to piss someone off and you're going to be on a shortlist when the layoffs come.
Wait at least a year before you start telling someone they're doing it won't end well.
I thought as much, I'm just eager to get more involved cause I think I can do a lot to help this place succeed. Everything in due time I guess...
Start every idea with ‘has anyone thought about’ or ‘what if’. Don’t just interject new ideas like they are 100% necessary. I have found many times that my ideas were not new and there were often reasons why they hadn’t already been adopted.
I like it, that seems like a not too instrusive way of bringing up certain topics. Thank you!!!
