How difficult is it to manage when managers keep changing? Within six months, my two managers have already changed, and next week a third manager will join. It becomes hard to adjust with a new person every time, understand expectations, and rebuild trust. How do you handle this kind of situation?

Get a quick understanding of how they operate and go from there. Be open to feedback. I want to say pay no attention because they’ll probably change again soon, but you don’t know when somebody will stick around either.

Keep my head down and do my job. A constant rotation of managers can be overwhelming if you allow it to be. Focus on your work, change something if your new manager wants you to change something, but avoid taking anything personally.

Thanks for your advise its really helpful

Just make sure you’re doing your job and try to get the best read on them that you can. It’s hard when things are constantly changing, but it’s important to be able to adapt

Yeah i did my task on time

Definitely understand. Had 4 managers last year!?!

Its so difficult to deal with new person

Is it due to the managers quitting? If there is such a high turnover over, I consider that a red flag and would potentially start looking for a new job. There’s almost always a reason why there is such a high turnover.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Does anybody know what the typical salary range is and total comp for someone starting out as an internal or external wholesaler? If you are one of these, can you share about your experience in terms of whether you liked it or not, work life balance, travel, etc?
